Charting Progress and Community Impact, as Featured in Recent Press
From the outset, our goal with Avenue 34 has been to build a community that serves all residents of Lincoln Heights. The provision of affordable housing is paramount, and we are equally excited about the expansive green spaces, pedestrian-friendly paseos, and community-serving retail that will enrich the lives of both our residents and the wider neighborhood.
The development replaces a previously underutilized industrial site, meticulously transforming it into a welcoming environment. Beyond housing, Avenue 34 incorporates thoughtful design elements like over 215 newly planted trees, improved walkability, and carefully curated artistic installations by local Lincoln Heights artists, reflecting the area's diverse cultural tapestry.
